This is a drop-off system. The crane drops off the skilifttaxi and another crane picks it up again. Some buildings cannot have the concept be built on it, they can only have the station without the crane. Those stations must be situated nearby a building that has the crane concept on it. Main point is, people can gather in the cabins and a crane picks the cabin up to a next rooftop/station.
